Let’s Announce may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Please review the Terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes.
Privacy: Your personal information will not be shared with anyone...Pinkie promise! We totally respect your privacy. At Let’s Announce we do not have any access to your payment modes be it credit/debit cards, netbanking whatsoever your payment, it will be safe and secure.
We shall always protect your privacy and never give away your personal details and contacts to any third party without your consent. We will use your personal information that you have provided to us for creating your video/ecard invite, and to keep you updated on our new designs!
Info collection:Your information will always be safe with us. For example, if you purchase an invite from our website, we require the couple’s name, photographs, phone number, email id, wedding venue details and dates for every invite. We do not store/collect credit card numbers.
Payment Partners: India’s Leading Payment Gateway - PayU Money is our online payment partner for Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking. We accept Visa & Mastercard cards. Drum Roll!
Payment Terms: We begin work on the videos only after we receive full payment for the invite. Credits are not given for any invite.
Timelines: Let’s Announce agrees to deliver the final product within 07 business days from the purchase date for existing invites. Should you require it on a specific date, do let us know! We may require further details or have queries, for which we’ll contact you. In such a case if there is no communication from your end for a period of 15 days, the project will be null and void and no repayment/refund of the assigned job shall be processed.
Mode of Delivery: You can choose between a WhatsApp version or a YouTube version when filling in your details and the same is then emailed/WhatsApped to you.
Prices: We maintain fixed pricing however under custom invites, if you are looking for 2D/ illustration/shoot services then the prices are additional. The prices mentioned on our website are subject to change without notice.
Copyrights: In using our services, you agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any content provided to you, whether by adding or removing material from our work. You will need our prior written permission if you want to use any content from our work for any other reason. Alterations such as addition of any illustrations, photographs, videos, sound, text, or computerized effects without our consent shall not be tolerated. Upon receipt of full payment, Let's Announce grants you the following rights in the work: For use online on your wedding website, and any social media pages. You are not entitled to sell the product.
We use bollywood and international love and lively songs in our video invites, to which we do not own any rights. If you would like to add your favourite song, please do mention it as a special request.
Cancellation/ Refund: Full refund of the payment will be provided only if the order has been cancelled within 3 hours from the time of purchase. If we fail to deliver the invites Let’s Announce shall refund the full money received from you. Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential losses. The limit of Let’s Announces’ liability shall not exceed the Invitation Purchase Price.
Edits: In case of exclusive video/ecard designs there will be a maximum of one set of edit requests per invitation. Additional edit requests shall incur additional costs per round. Customisation in already existing invites shall include only changes in names, venue, dates & photos, no changes in design will be accepted.
Proof: A first draft is sent to you with a watermark. Once the invite is approved, we shall remove the watermark and share the final version.
Branding: For all the Existing and Exclusive invites we will have "www.letsannounce.com" website name on last page bottom for 2-3 sec, Any specific request for removing the branding will cost additional and have to intimated by the client before we start the invite edit.
Formats: The Video Invites will be in .mp4 for low-res and .mov(mp4) format for hi-res.
Ownership: All work created shall remain the property of Let’s Announce. Let’s Announce reserves all reproduction rights. You cannot copy, broadcast, or modify any part of our work without the written consent of Let’s Announce.
Rights to Exclusive Design: Exclusive video/ ecard designs, once completed will be up for sale the day after the wedding date mentioned on the invite.
