1. What are the changes I can make to an already existing video/print design?
A: For the Video templates - The layout design/animations will remain the same. We can change the photographs, the song, name of bride and groom, venue and wedding date. One music option will be provided; if you like a particular audio track please inform us well in advance.
For the Paper Invites: Only the text can be changed and no elements can be replaced.
For any other changes apart from what’s mentioned above we’ll charge additionally.
2. How do I purchase a video/print invite?
A: All you need to do is select the video/print design you like, fill in your details in the form, click on ‘add to cart’, and click on buy. This will direct you to the check-out stage. Indian customers can make the payment using Net Banking, VISA or Mastercard. For international customers the details to our PayPal account will be provided in the invoice.
3. I have already made an invite through other sources; can I only buy the webpage?
A: We only offer a free single web page if you’ve purchased one or more products from us. The single web page isn’t for sale otherwise.
4. What if I want to add a few more slides/make additional changes to the existing video/print design?
A: We recommend you go for an entirely new customised design. We do not accept changes in design for already existing templates.
5. How safe is your payment system?
A: All transactions can be made through PayU Money for Indian customers (on purchase of video and print invites) and our international customers (on purchase of video invites) can pay through PayPal account firstname.lastname@example.org after receiving the invoice from us. Both PayU Money and PayPal are leading and safe platforms for online transactions.
6. Once purchased, what is the estimated time of delivery?
A: For an already existing print/video design; it would take 7 working days or less to complete the final output. In the case of a new design it would take approx. 7-9 working days post approval of content/script.
For the printed copies of the invites, once proof is approved, it will take max 4 working days for delivery. However it may vary depending on quantity of prints and location to be delivered. As for video invites, we take one full day for finalisation and rendering, so a same day/next day delivery is possible once video proof is approved.
7. Do I get what I see?
A: For video invites, the templates you see is a preview of your own invite. The product that you will receive will look the same but include your personal details. As for print invites, we print digitally so there are chances that the colour may differ from the one you see on screen.
8. How is the packaging done for the invites?
A: Let’s Announce takes a lot of pride in their packaging and delivery process. We want you to receive the product in perfect condition and that’s why the print invites are packaged securely and handled with care. We try to make sure that the product shipment reaches you in the same state as it left our hands.
9. I want a brand new invitation made, how much would it cost?
A: A custom made invite will be charged according to your specific requirements. So, just give us a call/email and we’ll be happy to hear you out.
10. I need changes made post-delivery, is this possible?
A: We always provide a pdf proof for print invites and a WhatsApp version for video invites as proof before we go ahead with final printing/ rendering. We accept one round of changes at the proof stage. After final submission, if there are any changes, the re-rendering/printing will be charged additional which will be equal to the first purchase amount.
11. In what format should I submit the photographs?
A:The images should be submitted in hi-resolution JPEG format no more that 15MB in size. Pictures taken from a good quality mobile camera is also accepted. We are not responsible for quality of output of the pictures that have been submitted to us.
12. Does Let's Announce deliver across the globe?
A: Yes of course! We deliver internationally but only for our video invites! We are working really hard to make arrangements for print invite delivery abroad too. Stay posted ;)
13. What if I received damaged print invites or I have wrongly received some other invite?
A: If you receive damaged or incorrect invites, we would request you to kindly send it back to us (we’ll cover the courier charges) and we’ll resend the right invites.
